I got down to set-up this blog, finally.
The two workshops at IIMB were two of the most enjoyable I have done, thanks to the extraordinary participation from the groups. It is an excellent start for the new year.
After some reflection, I thought it si a better idea two have a single blog rather than two blogs because health and stress management are highly inter-dependent and form the foundation for wellness.
